Refund Policy
At Cabexa Cabs, we strive to provide a seamless transportation experience. Below are the terms governing refunds for our services, effective as of August 06, 2025.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:
- ✔ Cancellations with 30 days or more notice: 90% refund of the paid amount.
- ✔ Cancellations with 15-29 days notice: 50% refund of the paid amount.
- ✔ Cancellations with less than 15 days notice: No refund applicable.
- ✔ Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances: Considered on a case-by-case basis, with supporting documentation required.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at cabexa.in@gmail.com or call +91 9431553524. Include your student’s name, ARN, and payment details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Registration fees, late payment penalties, and any additional services (e.g., priority support) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Changes to Policy
Cabexa Cabs reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
